Ron is currently working on French country style homes in Northview Harbour and Sailview and craftsman style homes in The Farms. In addition to building in Crescent Communities around Lake Norman, he also builds in Lake Norman Estates, Pebble Bay, Falls Cove and Wildlife Bay. He is currently building between 10-15 exclusive homes a year that range in price from $650,000 to $4.5 million.
